By placing an order on semorich.com, you accept the terms below. Nothing on this page limits the statutory rights you enjoy as a consumer.
1. Payments and billing
All orders must be paid in full before processing and shipping. Charges on your statement will appear as Semorich. We use 256-bit SSL encryption for all transactions.
2. Order acceptance and cancellation
Semorich reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for suspected fraud, obvious pricing errors or product unavailability. If we cancel, you will be notified by email and a full refund will be issued immediately. Customer-initiated cancellation requests must be made within 5 minutes of completing checkout, as orders enter automated queue processing and are shipped right afterwards.
3. Prices, currencies and duties
Prices are shown in USD (United States), EUR (Italy), GBP (United Kingdom), AUD (Australia) and CHF (Switzerland), inclusive of applicable statutory taxes where required. Any customs duties, import tariffs or local VAT charged outside the EU (for example in the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia or Switzerland) are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
4. Shipping and returns
All deliveries, transit times and returns are strictly governed by our Shipping Policy and our Returns and Refund Policy (14-day return window), which form an integral part of these terms.
5. Intellectual property and use of the website
All content on semorich.com, including text, graphics, logos, images and product designs, is the exclusive property of J&S Group S.R.L.S. Unauthorized use, reproduction or redistribution of our brand elements is strictly prohibited.
6. Customer responsibility and product care
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details at checkout. Re-delivery or return costs resulting from incorrect addresses are borne by the customer. Products must be used strictly in accordance with the care instructions and labels provided.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, J&S Group S.R.L.S. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any purchase shall not exceed the total price paid for the specific item.

The collection and processing of your personal data are described in detail in our Privacy Policy, which complies with international standards, including the GDPR.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
Sales contracts concluded through this website are governed by Italian law, as Semorich is operated from Italy. Mandatory consumer protection rights provided by your country of residence (Italy, the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia and Switzerland) remain fully unaffected.
10. Dispute resolution
Before initiating a bank dispute or chargeback, please write to us at info@semorich.com: we resolve the vast majority of requests within 24–48 business hours. Consumers may also use the alternative dispute resolution mechanisms provided by law.
11. Changes to the terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The terms and conditions applicable to your purchase are strictly those published on the website on the exact date and time your order was placed.
