Billing and Payment Terms
Accepted payment methods
Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, UnionPay, and regional methods (TWINT).
Payment processing
Payment is required at the time of order, and the order is processed only after payment is confirmed. The charge appears on your statement as Semorich. If you see a charge you don't recognize, contact us before opening a dispute: we'll look into it right away.
Currencies
Prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) for the United States, Euros (EUR) for Italy, British Pounds (GBP) for the United Kingdom, Australian Dollars (AUD) for Australia, and Swiss Francs (CHF) for Switzerland. Semorich does not add any hidden fees or charges at checkout, and shipping is free. For non-EU destinations (United States, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Australia), import duties and local taxes may be charged by customs authorities upon delivery, as described in our Shipping Policy.
Payment security
Payment details are protected by SSL encryption and handled directly by PCI DSS-certified providers. Semorich does not store complete credit or debit card details.
Invoicing
You'll receive an order confirmation by email immediately after purchase. If you need an invoice, email info@semorich.com with your order number and billing details: we'll send it within two business days.
Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Returns and Refund Policy. Once the item has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10–14 business days.
Fraud prevention
To protect all customers, orders showing unusual activity may be subject to manual review. In that case, we'll contact you by email. If we don't receive confirmation, the order will be canceled and the full amount refunded.
